MAIN COMPLAINT:

    1. Spaces between lower teeth
    2. Odd shaped tooth 12 (Upper right)
    3. Un-aesthetic silver amalgam restorations
    4. Self conscious about smile
    5. Tooth colour not bright & white

DECIDED:

    1. No orthodontics due to logistics of living abroad
    2. Remove all silver restorations & replace with Ceramic Cerec inlays and composite restorations
    3. Extract 4 lower anterior teeth due to tooth position.  All back (posterior) teeth were in good position
    4. Replace extracted teeth with better positioned Implants and bridges
    5. Upper peg shaped lateral tooth to be removed and an Implant placed to correct   position to offer a stronger more Aesthetic solution
    6. Teeth were bleached with Brite Smile to enhance Aesthetics

TREATMENT PERFORMED:

    1. Extensive planning, Investigation, X-rays and study models
    2. Stent Manufactured to establish exact Implant positions
    3. Britesmile Bleach (All Teeth)
    4. Extraction of 12 (1 x upper Tooth)
      Extraction of  32+31+41+42 (4 Lower Teeth)
    5. Implant placed x 5 and immediately loaded with provisional crowns of   Acrylic material.  (At no time was Patient without teeth)
    6. Patient was asked to return after a 4 months minimum to replace provisional  Crowns with permanent Porcelain Crown
    7. All silver restorations were removed under rubber dam and all teeth were refilled with porcelain or composite restoration material
