MAIN COMPLAINT:
- Spaces between lower teeth
- Odd shaped tooth 12 (Upper right)
- Un-aesthetic silver amalgam restorations
- Self conscious about smile
- Tooth colour not bright & white
DECIDED:
- No orthodontics due to logistics of living abroad
- Remove all silver restorations & replace with Ceramic Cerec inlays and composite restorations
- Extract 4 lower anterior teeth due to tooth position. All back (posterior) teeth were in good position
- Replace extracted teeth with better positioned Implants and bridges
- Upper peg shaped lateral tooth to be removed and an Implant placed to correct position to offer a stronger more Aesthetic solution
- Teeth were bleached with Brite Smile to enhance Aesthetics

TREATMENT PERFORMED:
- Extensive planning, Investigation, X-rays and study models
- Stent Manufactured to establish exact Implant positions
- Britesmile Bleach (All Teeth)
- Extraction of 12 (1 x upper Tooth)
Extraction of 32+31+41+42 (4 Lower Teeth)
- Implant placed x 5 and immediately loaded with provisional crowns of Acrylic material. (At no time was Patient without teeth)
- Patient was asked to return after a 4 months minimum to replace provisional Crowns with permanent Porcelain Crown
- All silver restorations were removed under rubber dam and all teeth were refilled with porcelain or composite restoration material
