BODY TREATMENTS

Aromatherapy Massage

A relaxing treatment which incorporates the therapeutic use of healing aromatic essential oils. The treatment enhances physical and mental conditions through the variation of blended oils.

Recommendation: Pre and Post Surgery
Duration – 1hr 30min

Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, reflexology and yogic exercises, or gentle stretching, which manipulates the energy lines and so diminishes tension, stimulates metabolism and creates a feeling of wellbeing and vitality. Unlike some other therapies, you will feel refreshed and energized after a Thai massage, rather than sedated and lethargic.

Recommendation: Pre and Post Surgery
Duration – 2 hrs

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A slow and gentle massage technique - applied to the body with the aim of stimulating the lymphatic flow. The treatment activates the nervous system and improves the body's immune system.

Recommendation: Post Surgery, Stress
Duration – 1 hr

Reflexology

A massage performed on your feet (helping to clear energy paths) using thumb movements and pressure point massage.

Recommendation: Post Surgery
Duration – 1hr

FACIAL TREATMENTS

Fruit Acid Face-Peel Treatments

The RegimA 'Peel and Heal' has a unique action and cannot be compared to any other peel whether natural or chemical. The formulation is such that it starts the skin removal process whilst stimulating the basal (living) layer to produce collagen and helps to ensure healthy cell renewal and thickening, due also to the renowned skin and wound healing plants and our unique Elastin incorporated into the peel.
